We make every effort to display our products and their colours, features, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual product colour. All products are subject to availability.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely at checkout via Stripe / PayPal / your payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
5. Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy a product. We will send an order confirmation email, but this does not mean your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.

8. Product Warranty
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all DE Labs products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product photography is the property of INNOVATEXLABS LTD / DE Labs and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DE Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this Website.
