Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive within 2–4 business days across the UK. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
All DE Labs products are dispatched from our UK fulfilment warehouse, so you get fast, reliable delivery with full tracking on every order.
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they're unused and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened toothbrushes and water flossers can only be returned if faulty. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
Yes, All DE Labs devices come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your device develops a fault, contact us with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
All DE Labs devices are rechargeable via USB or USB-C. A charging cable is included in the box with every product. Charging time and battery life details are listed on each individual product page.
Most DE Labs devices, including our toothbrushes, water flosser, and scalp massager, are waterproof, safe for use in the shower or bath. Check the "Special Features" section on each product page to confirm.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal, processed securely through Stripe at checkout. We never store your full card details.
